Crafters needed for Salvation Army THIS Thursday

Hey Everyone -

We got this note from the Salvation Army

As mentioned every year at Christmas time The Salvation Army sends out barrels into the community to collect toys and food. The items collected in the barrels are distributed to families throughout Alameda County. These barrels go out the last week of November and will remain in the public eye until just before Christmas. Often these barrels are an eyesore to the businesses hosting them so we're looking for a few crafty people to come help spruce up our barrels. We want the barrels to be festive and visually appealing. We would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.

6-8 PM, Thursday November 10th
Parking and refreshments will be available

Please call the store and let us know you will be joining us (510-559-9929), the more the merrier, we could really use your help.  While we will have supplies there, it would be great if you could bring old Holiday supplies you aren't using.
