Copic Marker Watercolor Effects, Georgia - Feb. 21st

Learn to use your Copic markers to produce a watercolor effect. We'll use Penny Black's brushstroke stamps and do so much more than just coloring. This is a direct to stamp method. You'll make 4 to 5 cards suitable for many different occasions. We'll add some glitter and bling for good measure.
